At 2 CHAIRS GROOMING ROOM, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
